EffectiveRunConfiguration

Redacted effective run controls and the exact durable profile they produce.

The record intentionally excludes messages, metadata, callbacks, policies, and source inputs. execution_profile is the Runtime’s already-redacted durable identity computed by the same preflight used for session admission.
