Describe a booted Cayu project without running it. This proves the structural
manifest only; use `cayu check` for diagnostics.


positional arguments:
  target                Override project discovery with a module:factory
                        target.


options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --format {json,table}
                        Output format (default: json).
  --json                Emit JSON (shorthand for `--format json`).
  --table               Emit human-readable output (shorthand for `--format
                        table`).
  --output, -o FILE     Write output to FILE instead of stdout.
  --agent AGENT         Return one agent from the manifest.
  --tool TOOL           Return agents registering this tool.
  --environment ENVIRONMENT
                        Return one environment from the manifest.
