Scaffold a new Cayu application project. Follow the printed `uv sync` andcredential-free verification commands next.
positional arguments: name Project name (also the directory name); required unless using discovery.
options: -h, --help show this help message and exit --agent-name AGENT_NAME Registered first-agent name (default: project name). --dir DIR Parent directory to create the project in (default: current directory). --provider {neutral,openai,anthropic,openrouter,cayu-gateway,openai-subscription} Provider adapter (default: neutral). Omit for a provider-neutral scaffold; CAYU_PROVIDER can select or override it later. --preset {agent, service, coding} Coherent application shape: agent (default), service, or coding. --execution {none, docker} Execution adapter (default: none; docker is admitted only for coding). --with CAPABILITY Enable a maintained optional capability; repeat or use comma-separated names. --without CAPABILITY Disable an optional preset capability while retaining its ownership home. --interactive Prompt for omitted choices when attached to a terminal. --dry-run Resolve and validate the exact generation plan without writing files. --json Emit stable structured discovery, plan, error, or creation output. --list-presets List package-shipped maintained presets without creating a project. --list-capabilities List selectable, preset-owned, and extension-only capability seams. --explain CAPABILITY Explain one package-shipped capability without creating a project. --coding-toolchain {python} Explicit admitted profile for Docker coding execution. The generated Python profile is the first built-in; applications may register custom DockerCodingToolchainProfile values in environments/coding.py. --coding-command-authority {structured} Model-facing command authority for Docker coding. The maintained surface accepts only application-owned structured selectors.
